If England is still in a national lockdown, or Cumbria is in Tier 4 or above at the time your motorhome hire is due to start, we would be unable to hire the motorhome to you, so we would have to cancel your booking.
If WE have to cancel your booking, you will be entitled to the following options as part of our Lockdown Guarantee:
Move the booking to another date, and just pay any applicable price difference*
Receive a credit voucher for the value you have paid off a future booking, valid up to a year**
Receive a full refund
Alternatively, if YOU choose to cancel your booking for any reason (including if one of the other 3 nations is still in lockdown), and we are still able to hire the motorhome to you, then our standard Booking Terms and Conditions (including the Cancellation Policy) still apply.

* If you choose to move the booking to different date, and the new start date also falls under a national lockdown, you will still be entitled to either move your booking again, or receive a credit voucher, but a refund will not be available. If you have already moved a previous booking, and your new dates also fall under a national lockdown in England (or Cumbria is in Tier 4 or above), you are welcome to either move your booking again, or receive a credit voucher for the full amount paid. The Lockdown Guarantee does not apply retrospectively to bookings that have already been postponed.
** If you choose to have a credit voucher, you will not then be entitled to a refund at a future date. However, they are valid for 12 months, and may possibly be extended at our discretion.
