We understand that in these uncertain times, there is a growing concern amongst our customers with regards to coronavirus (Covid-19) and how it may impact every aspect of their lives.

The situation is changing daily and we continue to follow guidance from the government and The Department for Health & Social Care. As a result, this page will be monitored and reviewed regularly.

We continue to review all our policies daily and are seeking advice from the government around UK Travel.

During these difficult times the safety of our people, our customers and our owners is of paramount importance to us

We are not in a position to enforce any travel restrictions across the UK; however, we strongly advise against UK travel until the end of April.

We continue to offer free amendment of your booking, please contact us through email as much as possible.

FAQ’s

I have a upcoming booking, can I still go?

Every customer should follow the latest government advice for their own personal circumstances before deciding to travel. We are monitoring the situation closely and the government advice is constantly being updated and can be checked online by visiting the government website and NHS online.

If for any reason you are unable to travel, each individual should first consider their travel insurance, should they have any, and then refer to our amendment policy.

If you do decide to travel please ensure you continue to follow all government advice whilst on your holiday.

Can I amend my holiday?

We are working to support our customers so have waived our normal amendment fees for customers impacted by Covid-19.  We are continuously monitoring the situation regarding this and it is important to us that we offer support and reassurance to our customers during this time. Will I receive a refund if I want to cancel my holiday?

Your contract does not allow any refunds, however, please refer to your individual travel insurance and contact your relevant insurer for further information

Will I receive a refund if I need to self-isolate and am due to go on holiday?

If you are due to travel up to 4th June 2020, we will be able to offer you a change of date without charging an amendment fees. Please find our amendment policy here. If however you aren’t able to accommodate a change of date, if you have travel insurance, please speak to your insurance provider.

What if I need to self-isolate whilst I am on holiday?

As this is an ever changing situation, we recommend that you review the up to date guidance from the Department for Health & Social Care.
